BEST TIME TO VISIT IN BHUTAN:

Bhutan is beautiful any time throughout the year, but avoid July to August as it is monsoon season. The best time to visit Bhutan is from September to November and March to May when the climate is pleasant.
November, December, January and February will be blessed with breath taking mountain views, sunny days and the morning/evening chills. If you love flowers, you will get plenty of them in May, June and July. Don’t believe major guide books; there’s more to Bhutan than the peak seasons crowd and festivals. We personally review all places in Bhutan daily so we know the best! If you are prepared to travel outside of the peak season periods there are fewer tourist visitors; you will save money & you will enjoy a far more rewarding experience. We especially recommend June to early July (Summer) and December to February (Winter). However if you are trekking you will need to generally travel in the peak season for the most suitable conditions.

It is always best advice to check out the weather in Bhutan before going out or traveling there. The climate varies widely depending on the elevation. Rain occurs primarily during the southwest monsoon season from June to September. Low clouds hang on the hills, obscuring views and, if they are too low, forcing the cancellation of flights at Paro airport. Climate therefore is a key factor when planning your trip to Bhutan, especially if you are trekking.
